In addition to running The Dessauer Group, John and Heather Dessauer are serial investors of their own and have investments including apartments, single-family homes, office buildings, and raw land. They also have a Property Management/Brokerage firm, Anton Agency/Anton Asset Management, that assists owner-occupants and investors in the real estate arena. John lives in Chicago and Florida and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.

Then depart KC for Downers Grove, IL (Chicago Area).

9:00am - 4:00pm with a lunch break.
Return back to KC immediately at the end of the conference.

$50 for training
$75 for van (max 12 people)
Clarification on the van(s):
5 people or less and we take a car.
6 people or more and we'll take the van.
Diesel is $5.29 average times 73 gallons (1300 miles รท 18mpg) = $382 in fuel, van rental is $50 per day = $532 in total travel costs divided by number of passengers.
6 passengers = $90/person
7 passengers = $75/person
8 passengers = $66.50/person
9 passengers = $60/person
10 passengers = $53.50/person
11 passengers = $48.50/person
12 passengers = $44.50/person
$50 per person for lodging.
