This 45-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff, and Teaching Assistants.

This workshop will be held online and will not be recorded. The use of automated bots, AI assistants, or other meeting recording devices is prohibited without the prior approval of event coordinators.

InScribe is a collaborative learning platform designed to enhance communication and interaction. It provides a shared space where students and instructors can have conversations, ask questions, and get help. Key features include:

• Peer Interaction: Encourages student-to-student and student-instructor engagement.
• Canvas Integration: Connect one or more course sections to a community to support your students more easily
• Resource Discovery: Students can search for existing answers before posting new questions.
• Reputation Points: Badges and points (which can be integrated into the gradebook) reward students for participation and helping others.
• Instructor Tools: Instructors can highlight helpful answers, share information, crowd-source solutions, and view activity.
• Live Sessions:Integrates with existing conferencing tools to promote opportunities for synchronous connections.
• STEM Support: Offers an equation editor, LaTeX support, and runnable code snippet tools for technical courses.

Target Audience: ASU Educators and Designers.

• Participants will attend remotely via Zoom (a link to Zoom room will be emailed the morning of the training).
• An ASU Zoom account will be required to join this session.
• Please register using your ASU email.
• Time is based on Arizona time.
