Is this your first time racing the Gold Nugget? Or perhaps you want a refresher? Or maybe you just want to join in on a fun group biking?
Join us for the second of THREE GNT bike course preview rides! This is FREE for anyone to participate in :)
Meet at Bartlett High School (parking lot on the west side of the building by the tennis courts) by 6:00pm.
We want to be safe, so HELMETS are required! Please also make sure your bike is in good working order.
You are not required to be a member of the Alaska Tri Club. However, non-members will be required to sign an event waiver onsite prior to the preview.
Be prepared for inclement weather. We can only go as fast as the slowest person in the group, so faster riders will want to be prepared to be out longer than it would normally take you to ride the course. These are not workouts, just casual, informative group rides.
Round trip on the bike ends up just under 13 miles and we aim to be back to the parking around 8:00pm.
