Using hand-picked Spud Sisters organic potatoes, you'll learn how to make three gnocchi dishesfrom start to finish including gnocchi with pesto; pan-seared gnocchi with prawns, peas, asparagus, pancetta and gnocchi with northern style oxtail ragu.
