Cannabis Unity Day kicks off Georgia’s 2026 legislative session with a press conference on plant policy, patient access, and reform.
About this Event

Cannabis Unity Day: Georgia Speaks is the official legislative session kickoff press conference for cannabis policy advocacy in Georgia.

As the 2026 Legislative Session opens, advocates, patients, healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and community organizations will gather at the Georgia State Capitol to clearly outline shared plant policy priorities and elevate cannabis legislation at the very start of the session.

This press conference establishes early visibility for cannabis-related policy conversations and signals to lawmakers, media, and the public that Georgia’s cannabis community is engaged, organized, and prepared for the session ahead.

This event focuses on policy, people, and progress — creating space for multiple legislative efforts, bills, and community voices to be acknowledged throughout the legislative session.

✔️ Adult-use policy modernization

✔️ Economic opportunity and equity

These priorities reflect real-world impacts on patients, families, workers, and communities across Georgia.
