In the spirit of Mothers Day, this class will be designed to honor mothers and our Mother Earth. This class is inclusive and accessible to all ranges of newbies and yogis. Class will run from 10:30 to 11:30 with some time available after to enjoy a beverage in our private taproom before we open to the public at noon.I usually roll with some extra mats and blocks but let me know in advance if you need one so I can be sure to have enough! Class is $20 and includes a beverage afterward.
