Gluten Free Fresh Pasta Making Workshop

Always wanted to learn how to make pasta using a pasta machine? Or perhaps you have a pasta machine at home you never used and want to dust off?

Lisa Violino, from Knolita Cooks, will teach you how to make the perfect gluten free pasta dough, roll it out and make the pasta.

You'll go home with your pasta, ready to be cooked with a delicious tomato sauce you'll take home.

Glass of prosecco on arrival and some gluten free nibbles to enjoy during the class.

The class will be held at my micro bakery in Finchley Central.
