Gluten, a supper club

I’m beyond excited to announce that I’m hosting a supper club! It’s called Gluten and it’s going to be magical. The bakery scene in Amsterdam is booming, so let's come together for a night of feasting in celebration of all things baked.

Gluten will be hosted at the incredible on October 8th, 9th and 10th from 19:30. The amazing , former head chef of 4850, will cook us an incredible three-course menu. He's an exceptionally talented individual with a deep passion for food. Wolf will provide us with a bread course and a goodbye treat. There’ll be a welcome drink, and wine, beer and proper non-alcoholic options for purchase.

Ciaran Patrick is an Irish/Russian chef most recently known for this work behind the passe at Restaurant 4850. Ciaran's cooking follows core values of comfort, nostalgia and uncompromising tastiness. Growing up alongside the forests of Eastern Europe, he gravitates towards wild and preserved ingredients, utilising them in a fun, familiar way.

Bakkerij Wolf is an outstanding bakery on De 9 Straatjes that serves incredibly well-crafted, richly coloured bakes. In the day, they're also a café. Their interiors are beautiful and they make a mean coffee.
