About this Event
Valentine's Day. Grief. Both can be messy and heavy and complicated. Also funny and strange.
Let's talk about it.
Join us for Glue Sticks and Feelings: an Anti Valentine’s Day Grief Crafting Circle.
Come hang out with other grievers, crafters, grieving crafters, and crafting grievers. Share what you feel comfortable sharing, and make a collage, a mini zine, a Valentine to what or whomever you're grieving – or BYO craft, so long as there is no glitter / oil paints / physical mess that would impact the space.
Our artistic abilities: amateurish. We welcome and adore artistic visions of macaroni art caliber, and celebrate all skill levels.
The vibe: jovial earnestness with space for nuance. All griefs welcome.
We'll bring some art supplies to get you started. Let us bring the glue sticks, everyone brings their feelings.
