Join us for an engaging continuing education activity focused on the evolving role of GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists in obesity management. Explore the science behind these therapies and their impact on appetite regulation, weight management, insulin sensitivity, and overall metabolic health.

Participants will review current evidence, clinical applications, patient selection criteria, contraindications, adverse effect management, and emerging therapies in obesity medicine. The program will also address long-term treatment strategies, preservation of lean muscle mass, and the unique challenges of weight management during perimenopause and menopause.

Designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals, this session will provide practical, evidence-based insights to support individualized, patient-centered obesity care. Upon completion, learners will be able to identify at least one evidence-based strategy for optimizing the safe and effective use of GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists in clinical practice.
