Join us for a fun (non-heated) black-lit, glow-in-the-dark yoga practice! Neon body paint provided so you can really stand out in our black-lit studio; add to that your white yoga gear to really get your glow on! Ruth Young brings her best playlist to keep you glowing and flowing through a fun-filled, uplifting practice. Flow begins at 7:15PM, so come early to paint yourselves (or each other!), grab a glow stick and we’ll get glowing!
