GLOW YOGA
Doors open at 6:30p to get settled in, apply the glow tattoos and body paint, sesh, and get ready to move, and have fun. Class starts at 7p.
Every month we'll have a DIFFERENT playlist!
Karen Ragsdale of Soulworks Yoga & Wellness teaches a HIGH energy, but NOT intense class. We'll turn on the black lights, turn up the music, and turn tf out! It's more like a yoga party!
