Enjoy the tranquility, flow, and heightened senses of your yoga practice... in the dark. A uniquely lit experience for students involving rhythmic blacklit YOGA MOVES & GROOVES. Glow Yoga is a playful practice accompanied by musical beats and glowsticks in our beautiful UV blacklit hot yoga room.
The allure: Unlike a typical class, practicing in near darkness makes you more cognizant of your surroundings. Your brain relies on heightened awareness from senses other than vision to process sensory information in order to stay balanced.
