Whether you've never stepped on a mat or you've been flowing for years, this class was designed with you in mind. No judgment. No pressure. Just movement, music, and community.

This is your permission to put the phone down. To step away from the noise, the notifications, the hustle, and the busyness of everyday life. For one hour, this mat is yours. This space will be your "safe space". Let yourself get rooted. Breathe. Clear your mind. Feel the rhythms of the beats. Find your calm. Leave feeling restored.

What to expect:

• A feel-good yoga flow to a curated playlist featuring reggae, hip hop, and R&B music
• Guided intentions and affirmations woven throughout class
• Inclusive modifications for all levels — beginners are absolutely welcome

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in
• Starts 10:30AM
• Ends 11:30AM
• Location: The Yoga Carriage, 124 S Washington Ave, Columbus, OH 43215 (located behind Replenish Spa - Free parking available in parking lot)
• Bring your mat; Limited mats are available.

A little about your instructor:

Hi, I'm Lydia — a newly certified yoga teacher and the founder of G.L.O.W. Within Yoga here in Columbus, Ohio. I created this space because I believe yoga should feel accessible, practical, and real. This is my introduction in servicing the yoga community and I am so excited to share this experience with you.
