February invites us to slow down, soften, and reconnect — not just with others, but with ourselves.
Glow Within is a candlelit yoga experience designed to nurture self-love through gentle movement, breathwork, and a loving-kindness (metta) meditation. This class is not about pushing, fixing, or achieving — it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are and offering care from the inside out.
We’ll move through a slow, supportive practice to release tension and invite ease into the body, followed by a guided loving-kindness meditation to cultivate compassion, warmth, and connection — toward yourself and beyond.
