Join us for GLOW Within, a special night of breathwork, sound healing, and abstract art designed to guide you inward, spark creativity, and connect you with like-minded women who understand the power of self-empowerment and community.

🌙 Breathwork & Sound Healing – Led by Elevate with Kait, this grounding session will help you release tension, find stillness, and reconnect with yourself.
🎨 Individual & Collaborative Art Experience – Guided by Abstract Artist Casey, you’ll explore self-expression through abstract art, creating both your own piece and contributing to a collective GLOW community artwork. No experience needed—just bring an open heart!
💖 Connection & Community – This isn’t just an event; it’s an opportunity to meet and build friendships with like-minded women who value growth, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
🍹 Complimentary Non-Alcoholic Kombucha – Enjoy refreshing drinks provided by our friends at JuneShine as you immerse yourself in the experience.

Please note: The art portion of this experience will take place on the floor. If this is something you need to plan for, we encourage bringing additional support like a cushion or a folded blanket for extra comfort.

✨ 7:30 PM | Individual & Collaborative Art Experience – Led by Abstract Artist Casey, you’ll create your own abstract piece and contribute to a collective GLOW artwork.

✨ 8:45 PM | Closing Reflections & Gratitude – A moment to reflect, connect, and soak in the experience before we close at 9:00 PM.
