Let's enjoy the autumn time with fun and movement. You will learn a dynamic and very feminine choreography then restore your body and unwind the week with a deep stretching session that targets your spine, hips and hamstrings.

And not to forget tasty drinks and delicious protein balls break to nurture your body from the inside too :)

For the stretching section, you will need:

a mat (if you prefer, otherwise the studio will have them) 🧘

A yoga strap, long scarf or a robe tie

Bring some water 💦
