Celebrating ten years of illumination in Stonnington!✨Returning this July, the Glow Winter Arts Festival presents a #free program of stunning and immersive outdoor installations to spark curiosity after-dark in Malvern East. Glow invites visitors to go on a magical journey of light through Central Park.
Concentrated in one spectacular location over four nights, Glow Winter Arts Festival offers audiences the chance to be immersed in a night-world of colour and light. The Festival includes innovative works never before presented in Victoria.
