In this one-of-a-kind Confidence Boot Camp, Rachel Micheletti, LPC, will guide you through an immersive experience designed to help you build authentic, embodied confidence from the inside out.

Hosted at Live Body Brave, this workshop blends movement, mindset, and experiential exercises to help you break through self-doubt, connect more deeply with your expression, and take bold, creative risks. Whether you’re a seasoned performer, just starting out, or simply ready to feel more confident in everyday life, this space is designed to support you exactly where you are.

Rachel Micheletti is a licensed professional counselor, director of The Feral Showgirls, lead singer and songwriter for Rachel and the Jellycats, and owner of Live Body Brave. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and performance experience, she creates a supportive, empowering environment where growth feels both safe and exhilarating.
