Glow Up is a day of self-care. It's a safe space for women to celebrate growth, laughter, vulnerability, healing, self-love and sisterhood.

Did you know a vital step to building lasting relationships starts with self-love? Loving yourself requires prioritizing personal growth, vulnerability, and healing. Join Tiffany Storey, Licensed Professional Counselor for a day of celebrating self-love, sisterhood, and healing. There will be laughter, love, food, music, sound therapy and of course, healing conversations centered on reclaiming love for oneself.

Attire is pink or purple (Dress cute but comfortable)
If you purchased the sound therapy ticket please bring a yoga mat. (No we will not be doing yoga but will lay down flat on our backs)
