Glow Through the Changes: PCOS, Endo, Menopause & Beyond

Bodies change—through stress, hormones, cycles, perimenopause/menopause, medical conditions like PCOS/endometriosis, medications, and life transitions. In this comfort-centered workshop, we’ll break down what’s happening in the body (without shame), why pain and dryness occur, and what can help right away. You’ll learn arousal and blood-flow basics, “pain vs. pressure” distinctions, lubrication and moisturization strategies, pelvic floor support, desensitization vs. sensitization, and partner communication that keeps you in control. You’ll leave with a personalized “ease plan,” product guidance, and scripts for asking for what you need—whether you’re solo, partnered, or exploring.
