Glow Stick Family Dance Fitness Fun

Get ready for an afternoon of glowing fun at our Glow Stick Family Dance Fitness Fun Event!

Bring the whole family for 60 minutes of non-stop dancing, laughter, and movement. We'll be lighting up Endeavour Primary School with glow sticks, brilliant music, and pure family fun.

What to expect:

• Beginner friendly Dance Fitness Routines led by our friendly instructor!
• High-energy dance sessions suitable for all ages and abilities
• Glow sticks for everyone to create that party atmosphere - bring your own or purchase some from us
• A welcoming, inclusive environment where no dance experience is needed
• Quality time moving and laughing together as a family
• A chance to meet other local families in a fun, relaxed setting

This is all about having fun, getting active, and making memories together. Our instructors will be on hand to lead the session, so all you need to do is follow the moves - it's super easy and SO much fun! Whether you've got toddlers or teenagers (or you just want to dance yourself!), everyone's welcome.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Water bottle
• Your energy and enthusiasm!

Important details:

• Completely FREE to attend (funded by Sport England)
• Suitable for the whole family - all ages welcome
• No dance skills or experience required - just follow the screen!
• Limited spaces available, so book early to avoid disappointment
• You must have at least 1 adult and 1 child in attendence and taking part
