Dominiece Clifton is a speaker, facilitator, author, fundraiser, and creative strategist who helps individuals and organizations gain clarity, reconnect with what matters most, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. Through her Ready for More workshops, she creates spaces for reflection, growth, and transformation using a blend of guided conversation, experiential learning, breathwork, and mindfulness practices.
As a co-parenting momma and the daughter of a teen mom, Dominiece understands firsthand the resilience, strength, and determination it takes to navigate life's challenges while pursuing your dreams. Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, and she is passionate about helping women recognize their strengths, reclaim their voice, and create lives that feel aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling.
Dominiece is the founder of The Global Impact Network, host of the School of Healing podcast, and author of Hold Space to Heal. She lives in Maryland with her daughters, Yara and Zuri.
