Glow for Hadley - a COTA Fundraiser

When Hadley was born with jaundice, it seemed like a routine issue, but her condition worsened, leading to a diagnosis of Biliary Atresia, a rare liver disease. Despite undergoing the Kasai procedure, her liver continued to fail, prompting an urgent liver transplant at Cleveland Clinic. The transplant day was filled with anxiety, uncertainty, and a blur of medical procedures, but her parents remained focused on the steps needed to save her life. Although the surgery was successful, Hadley's recovery was challenging, marked by multiple setbacks and procedures. Throughout it all, her family's love and resilience, coupled with Hadley's strength, saw them through.

The Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) has partnered with Hadley's family to raise funds in her honor. The main fundraising event is the 5k Glow Run and 1-Mile Family Fun Run on May 17th, 2025.
