Glow Flow classes are inspiring and playful with options for more/less advanced practice for strength, flexibility, and stress relief. Always come with a meaningful message, they are designed to make us calmer and more resilient to life’s challenges. Our teachers love sharing breathwork, concentration exercises, and yogic wisdom to foster inner peace, self-discipline, and self-awareness.

Arrival: 5 minutes before to set up - we lock the doors when class begins. Missed reservations are non-refundable.
