About this Event

Welcome to our first Glow + Flow Vinyasa Dance Experience at Alchemy X Studios!

Join 200RYT and artist Lindsey Gill for a fun, all-levels Yin to Vinyasa-esque yoga flow from 6:30-7:45PM.

At the door, attendees will be given glowsticks and necklaces to wear on the dance floor. We encourage people to bring their own mats and a bottle of water--Enjoy fresh juices and smoothies available for purchase at the coffee bar downstairs!

Get ready to dance! After a quick break to clear mats, the floor is open for a dance party set to house music and EDM favorites. This event ends at 9 but participants are allowed to stay over that if the vibes are there!
