GLOW BUTI is when we paint ourselves with washable, non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint and move in black light! This type of celebration invites you to be authentically you, express yourself from the inside out, let go of anything that is holding you back, and dive into deep self love! We start by setting intentions: for what we want to release, and what we want to bring in. The Angel Card deck will be available for anyone who would like an angel with them for their practice.Buti is primal movement, dance, somatic techniques, and strength + conditioning all seamlessly woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give you an all-in-one workout that helps truly transform your body & soul. Buti encourages you to get OUT of your head and IN to your body. The music is loud so we can sync our internal rhythm. The playlist ebbs and flows between speeds and dynamic, keeping you present in the moment. Buti helps to process trauma, stress, and anxiety out of the body, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and release endorphins leaving you feel in a state of bliss!
This class is all levels. Bring water and a towel, an open mind and open heart! No props are used in Buti (unless you know how to use them safely).
