Glow & Grow Yoga (for girls ages 9-13) in the Studio ($10 +tax)

MOMS Welcome!! Designed for girls ages 9-13, we'll blend playful movement with mindful awareness fostering body confidence and resilience. We'll be breathing and connecting with our bodies, then move to fun, accessible yoga poses, emphasizing how poses feel rather than how they look. Included are themes of self-compassion and body positivity to cultivate a sense of inner peace and acceptance. Class concludes with a relaxing savasana, incorporating a short mindfulness meditation to promote calmness and self-love.
