Our Glow and Grow experience will take you to a relaxing, calming and energising journey where candle making meets speaking with confidence.

You will start by learning how to use soy wax and fragrances to create your own artisanal candle. After enjoying this slow paced creative reset, we will move into a light hearted confidence workshop designed to help you speak up with more ease.

Expect practical guidance, gentle prompts and plenty of laughs. No pressure or awkward spotlight moments. Just a supportive space to try things out and leave feeling brighter.
