Join Amy Baldacci for a fun Friday night flow followed by a beginner’s workshop on poi, a centuries-old meditative dance art originated by the Maori of New Zealand.The first hour of this event will be spent stilling the mind and moving the body in a vinyasa flow for all levels of practitioners. The second hour of the event, we will practice the basics of poi (props provided) to explore a new realm of meditative movement.
Come in your own glow and face paints. Glow sticks, bracelets, etc. will be provided.
