About this Event

We will be meeting up at metro bar and running the Brookland Branch trail (1.mi distance in one direction) to Althea Tanner Park (2.mi total)

At the park we will complete a 30 min aerobic workout and running back to metro bar

Bring water and friends and dress for a sunny 60° run
