Welcome to Gloria Molina Grand Park's Wellness Break: Free Chair Yoga Class! 🪑🍃This event is part of our Wellness Wild Card series, where we introduce a new modality on the third Thursday of each month.

You will be guided to move with your breath to build mobility and flexibility with yoga poses and stretches while sitting. The class ends with a few moments to rest in meditation. If you've never tried yoga, this is your sign to get out of your comfort zone.  All levels and bodies are welcomed. Beginners are encouraged. 🌱

• Just Chair Yoga is scheduled for Thursday, April 18th
• Located on the scenic performance lawn (between Grand Ave and Hill St).

An expansion of Gloria Molina Grand Park’s popular yoga series, Gloria Molina Grand Wellness Break, invites Angelenos to experience outdoor movement, restoration and reinvigoration—in less than an hour. The wellness programs also will invite local community partners and organizations to offer programs online and in-person.
