Join hands for a greener tomorrow! ?? The City of Avondale and Arizona Sustainability Alliance invite volunteers to be part of the 2024 Earth Week project, a day of service dedicated to making a positive impact in honor of Earth Day and Arbor Day.
?️ Date: Saturday, April 20th, 2024
? Place: Festival Fields Park, 101 E Lower Buckeye Rd, Avondale, AZ 85323
? Time: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
This event mobilizes young eco-warriors aged 12-18 to plant trees and shrubs, along with participating in litter removal. Guidance and tools will be provided by the Arizona Sustainability Alliance, Arizona Youth Conservation Workforce, and City staff.
Pre-registration is essential, and we've got your fuel covered! Enjoy coffee, breakfast items, and lunch, courtesy of the organizers.
