This is a Global event organised by Dr Joe Dispenza calling us to Walk For The World at the same time globally. Last time, we were 80 of us in Hyde Park across the world doing his walking meditation at the same time and the enegery was epic! So much love!

21st April - 10am E.D.T (US time) which will be 3pm UK time.

We meet at 2.30pm at Queen Elizabeth Gate, and start walking at 3:00 p.m.

Social - We meet for coffee afterwards at the Serpetine café in Hyde Park for those who wish to stay.

Everyone is welcome – beginners to advanced meditators, familiar or new to Dr Joe’s teachings. Join organized groups, walk with friends and family, or walk by yourself.

• 2.45pm we will walk to the starting point which is 5mins away so please arrive by 2.45pm

• We have a 5mins opening the space, grounding and recording start @ 3.00pm UK time.

• We meet at Queen Elizabeth Gate which is across the road from Hyde Park Corner Tube.

We will be walking on a path that is mostly grass.

Be mindful on the day of your safety and the publics.

Lauren keeps her eyes open to make sure you aren’t disturbed when you have your eyes closed, but you still need to be mindful.
