An immersive, in-person learning experience for those working - or wishing to work - in the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion training and consulting field, within multicultural and international contexts.

An opportunity to enhance your global skills to design effective training courses and DE&I strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • What intercultural and global skills are: You will understand how essential they are to foster inclusion processes, particularly in multicultural contexts;
  • How to assess and develop intercultural and global skills: You will learn to identify strengths and areas for improvement for continuous development;
  • How to recognize and value cultural diversity: You will practice the ability to transform differences into resources and opportunities for mutual growth and enrichment;
  • How to use global skills to facilitate effective inclusion processes: You will practice multicultural team collaboration and put your newly acquired skills into action;
  • How to integrate theories and practices into intercultural training programs: You will use key concepts, innovative tools, and experiential activities to design intercultural training programs.


METHODOLOGIES

The Intercultural Train-the-Trainers Global Skill for Inclusion is based on the use of experiential learning and cooperative methodologies, such as:

  • Self-assessment
  • Exercises, simulations, games
  • Case studies and best practices
  • Group discussions
  • Personal/Organizational Action Plan
  • Peer feedback
  • Online Follow-Up

The two days of classroom sessions that will take place on Thursday 19 and Friday 20 November 2026 will be followed by an online follow-up and team coaching meeting on Friday, 29 January 2027, at 2:30-4:30 pm CET.


HOW TO REGISTER

Register and pay the participation fee via Eventbrite by October 30, 2026.

Special Price until October 18, 2026, if you:

The fee includes:

  • Two in-person training days
  • Welcome Italian breakfast on the first day

The fee does not include:

  • Lunches during the two-day training
  • Additional activities: Networking dinner on Thursday 19 November, and Treasure Hunt in Milan on Saturday morning 21 November.

If you want to join the networking dinner on Thursday 19 November, you will pay your bill directly at the restaurant.

If you decide to spend the weekend in Milan, you can join the Treasure Hunt activity on Saturday morning 21 November. While you will have fun, you will learn about the city and its local culture! See tickets on Eventbrite.

One of the Intercultural Cities Network Consultants. Lecturer of Intercultural Business Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Author of publications and didactic tools. SIETAR Italia Past President and former SIETAR Europa Board member.
Joy Paone. Sociology PhD candidate at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Former IOM Project Manager of global reintegration experience initiatives, working in migration and refugee resettlement contexts. Bicultural & Global Citizen.
