About this Event

Join us as we partner with Ryan Bailey of SETS Old Bridge and Middletown to lead us on a group sunrise run in honor of Global Run Day. We will be meeting at Frost Cycle in Belmar to start and end the run. As usual, you never know what surprises we may have in store!

When: Wednesday, June 5th at 5:00am

Where: start and end at Frost Cycle - 900 Main Street Belmar, NJ

What: complimentary group 5K run to the beach to see the sun rise, choose your pace

Bring: water bottle, wear sneakers
