What to expect:You can expect a one-hour feel-good Pilates class that’s open to all levels, modifications always included. We’re becoming mentally and physically stronger together.

Music-wise? Think 2000s throwbacks mixed with EDM energy.

Right after class, we’re shifting into a fun social designed to help you make friends in Vancouver. Come alone or come with a group. This is a very inclusive space.

There will be:

🤝Fun friendship speeding activities
📸 A vintage photobooth ($8 per strip)
🎮Arcade games ($1 per play, bring coins)
