Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Ages: 9–15
Give your young chef a summer they’ll never forget! Each day they’ll explore a new country, cook authentic kid-friendly dishes, and gain real kitchen skills—all while having a blast. No take-home food; kids enjoy everything fresh in class!

USA – Classic American Cuisine
Theme: “Stars, Stripes & Sizzling Skills!”
Menu & Highlights:
Kitchen safety, knife skills & cooking basics
Individual chicken pot pies
Beef sliders with toppings
Roasted steak fries
Strawberry shortcake
🍕 Day 2: (Tuesday June 16th)
Italy – A Taste of Italian Cuisine
Theme: “Mangia! Flavors of the Old World!”
Menu & Highlights:
Handmade foccacia bread
Fresh hand crafted Fettuccine with creamy alfredo sauce
Classic Italian chopped salad with homemade vinaigrette
Cannoli dip with baked cinnamon sugar chips
🍣 Day 3: (Wednesday June 17th)
China – Eastern Asian Favorites
Theme: “Wok & Roll Chinese Cooking Adventure”
Menu & Highlights:
Homemade Chinese egg rolls with sweet and sour dipping sauce
General Tsao’s chicken
Stir fried rice
Green onion cakes
Chopstick skills
🍰 Day 4: (Thursday June 18th)
France – A Taste of Paris
Theme: “Oui Oui! French Culinary Fun!”
Menu & Highlights:
Chicken cordon blue with cream sauce
Boursin mashed potatoes
Sauteed haricots verts
Fruit tartlets with homemade pastry cream and whip
End-of-camp chef certificates
