All tickets are General Admission and standing only unless an ADA ticket.. Must adhere to Ground Rules on Ticket/Global Citizen Website. No Re-entry. Event is Rain/Shine. No Entry after 9pm allowed. Re-sale of Free/Donated/Promotional tickets is strictly prohibited by Global Citizen. Tickets are subject to void if found to be posted for unlawful sale. Must have a Ticketmaster PDF printed Ticket in hand. Tickets won via Draw. winning code not enough to enter, need Ticketmaster Ticket. Gates open at 2pm. Music starts at 4pm. Gates close at 8pm/No entry allowed after 8pm. Show ends roughly around 10pm. Get there early!

Accessibility
ADA access: Global Citizen provides wheelchair and companion seating at the Festival. Because of the potential of limited wheelchair seating, the Festival reserves the right to limit one (1) companion to sit adjacent to the guest requiring wheelchair seating. Be advised - due to the location of the designated ADA seating area, attendees in this section will not have access to VIP amenities. Priority seating, however, will be given to VIP ticket holders in the designated ADA section. Capacity in our ADA section is limited and requires selecting an ADA ticket or contacting Global Citizen in advance for exchange.

Funds raised will go to City Parks Foundation to support their youth education programming and parks initiatives across all five boroughs, as well as to organizations helping those experiencing homelessness across the city.
