The wheel of the year ever turns and we find the balance shifting into the darkening days. This is a time of gathering in, of drawing on the second harvest, of preserving the gifts and fruits of nature's offerings. We draw our mantle ever closer in preparation for a shift of pace, for settling in. We seek out harmony and balance of our inner and outer worlds as we ready ourselves to slow down, retreat and come home to ourselves again.
