Glassworks and Mixed Media Class

Learn to create unique, glass on glass mosaic and mixed media art pieces without having to use heat or grout to achieve a stained glass effect. Students will create 2- 5x7”, 8x10” or 10x12”, one of a kind pieces; learning basic techniques for cutting, grinding and shaping glass, using different substrates and embellishments that will “Wow” the viewer. Willingness to be creative and think out-of-the-box preferred, but no prior experience required.
