Glassworks 24/25 - 1st Year LJMU Students - Book Your Arrival!

September 2024 is here, and it’s time to start your journey at Glassworks. Book your check-in slot now—just one per student. We’re excited to welcome you and help you get settled into your new home!

Please see some information below about booking your check in slot that we hope will be useful & make your check in experience a speedy one!

- Make sure you have completed oyur pre-arrival information!

- Each Check In slot is 30 minutes and is limited to 1 car only

- After this check in slot you are free to come and go as you please, however please note the car will need to be moved offsite & will not be allowed back onsite due to extremely limited spaces

TOP TIP: we suggest someone starts unloading the car whilst you come to reception to collect your fob.

- If your guests plan on staying for the day we suggest pre-booking car parking in the city as check in weekends are busy here. The nearest car parks are: Marybone Community, NCP Moorfields & Q Parks St Johns Shopping Centre.

- Bring ID with you on the day to collect your fob (We CAN NOT give out your fob without proof of ID first)

- Once you check in with us you will receive a link via email with an inventory for your room/kitchen please complete this before unpacking as this must be done within 48hrs of checking in.
