Join us this March Break at The Glassbox Institute for an open house designed to give you a clear, honest look at what a career in hair can actually become.

At The Glassbox Institute, we believe hairstyling is more than a trade — it’s a skillset that can lead to independence, creativity, and long-term opportunity. Whether your goal is to work in a high-end salon, build your own clientele, or explore a path that doesn’t follow the traditional college or university route, this is where that journey can begin.

During this experience, you’ll step inside a modern training space, watch professional educators at work, and meet students who are already building their skills and confidence. You’ll get a sense of what it feels like to learn in this environment — not just what the program includes, but what the day-to-day actually looks like and how our community feels.

This is also an opportunity to better understand the industry itself — how stylists grow, how careers evolve over time, and what it really takes to turn creativity into a sustainable profession.

Live Hair Demonstration

Info: Watch our senior education team demonstrate cutting and styling on both short and long hair.

You’ll see how a precision-based approach to haircutting sets our graduates apart — and how that level of detail translates into higher-quality work and the ability to command premium pricing.

Throughout the session, we’ll also share how our structured approach to teaching complete beginners builds skill, confidence, and consistency over time — along with what a typical day at the Institute looks like.
