Glass & Metalwork: Fused Glass Vases

In this two-week hands‑on workshop, participants will cut and arrange colorful glass pieces, then fuse them together in a kiln to form a decorative vessel perfect for rooting plant cuttings. Guided by an experienced teaching artist, you’ll explore basic glass‑fusing techniques, color and composition, and simple design strategies for making a balanced, eye‑catching piece. No prior glass experience is needed—just curiosity and a love of handmade objects that bring art and nature together.
