Glasgow Survival Guide (City Centre)
About this Event
International Student new to Glasgow? Welcome!
Join us for a presentation about life in Glasgow and a walking tour of the city centre!
Hot drinks and snacks will be provided before the presentation. Then we will head out for a 1 hour tour of the city centre, showing you all the important things you need for life in Glasgow: good shops, cafes, healthcare, travel, Ph*rm*cy, and so on. Please feel free to ask your tour guide questions about life in the city!
The event is hosted by local volunteers from St Georges Tron Church and is part of the International Welcome 2026, organised by Friends International Glasgow. It is a social event open to all international students in Glasgow. People of all faiths (and none) are welcome.
We look forward to meeting you!
