From September 6th-8th 2024, Laura-Beth Salter and Ethan Setiawan present a weekend of mandolin workshops at the National Piping Centre in Glasgow, the heart of traditional music in Scotland. Capped at only 40 participants, the Glasgow Mandolin Retreat presents an opportunity to study with renowned mandolinists from around the world in a variety of musical traditions - Scottish trad, bluegrass, jazz, old time, and who knows what else! Additionally, Pepita Emmerichs (Oh Pep! and Rain Of Animals) will join Laura-Beth and Ethan for a masterclass. The weekend culminates in a concert on 8th September, featuring performances from Laura-Beth Salter, Hildaland, and Rain of Animals.
