🎉 GLAM JAM Summer Kickoff + Free Community Workout! 🌞We’re kicking off summer in a fun and active way, and you’re invited!
Join barre3 East Lansing at 12 PM for a FREE outdoor barre3 Signature class at Valley Court Park. This 45-minute class combines strength, cardio and mindfulness, and is designed for all fitness levels!
Bring:
💧 Water
🧘♀️ Yoga mat or towel

Before or after class, make a day of it:

🎉 Then head to Albert Ave for GLAM Jam Summer Kickoff, a free, family-friendly event featuring:
