This 60-minute hands-on workshop shows you how to use Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, to take those tasks off your plate.
Through live demos and real small-business examples, you'll see how to triage email automatically, delegate recurring work to an AI agent, and set up a "business brain" that remembers your context, so you're not re-explaining yourself every time. No technical background required; just bring a task you're tired of doing manually.
About the Presenter
Yhosemar "Yho" Mendez is the founder of User Enablers, a consulting practice that helps teams and organizations put AI to work, not just tactically, but strategically.
She has led research, training, and innovation initiatives for global brands including Tesla, P&G, and PepsiCo, and she designs hands on programs that help people move past the hype and build real, usable AI skills.
She created the AI Career Lab, a workshop using generative AI and futures thinking to help professionals map their next two years of growth, and she has led AI and data literacy training at Miami Dade College. She holds certifications including the Google Generative AI Leader credential, the IBM Artificial Intelligence Certificate, and the McKinsey Forward Program.
In this session, she brings that same approach to small business owners: clear, practical guidance on how to actually use AI to move their business forward.
