If you’ve answered yes, you are far from alone. The pattern of over giving is often misunderstood and is more common than most people think. In this workshop, we will deconstruct the pattern of over-giving-where it comes from and how to repair it.
Together, we will explore::
-childhood origins of the pattern of over giving
-healing patterns of emotional energy depletion and deprivation
-understand the energy and nervous system dynamics of over giving
-reframing beliefs that create guilt
-exploring your person limits when it comes to giving energy
-somatic practices to restore energy integrity and self-worth
-embodied practices to recognize personal giving limits and restore a sense of trust within the Self
-communication tools to assert personal limits with giving
-practices to re-establish a healthy relationship with giving
