Join Hannah Bailey, a board certified-dance/movement therapist, licensed clinical professional counselor, and experienced-registered yoga teacher with 10+ years in these fields for a therapeutic embodied experience exploring your body's three-dimensionality through breath, movement, meaning-making, and intention-setting, ahead of the holiday season. A beautiful gift of self-care and love -- to you, from you, and for you. This workship aims to support you in creating internal space to better manage all that this season holds uniquely for you.

This workshop will be held at The Rooted Space, a movement studio in Chicago. For security purposes, please note there are cameras on the premises and in the studio.
